You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. nano4d will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
All Accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. Typically required documents include a valid government-issued Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and a selfie holding the identity document. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. nano4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most methods, and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer during periods of high network congestion.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. nano4d does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. We reserve the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts at any time by contacting our support team. nano4d may also impose deposit limits at its discretion as part of responsible gambling or compliance measures.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) not exceed your applicable daily withdrawal limit based on your loyalty tier; and (d) have an Account in good standing with no active security holds or compliance flags.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow — typically instant to 15 minutes; FPX bank transfer — up to 1 business hour; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation, typically 30 minutes to 2 hours. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your loyalty tier: Bronze — RM5,000 per day; Silver — RM15,000 per day; Gold/VIP — RM50,000 per day. Requests exceeding these limits may be processed in instalments. nano4d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple transactions over several business days.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, nano4d may request an alternative verified payment method registered in your own name.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. General eligibility requires that a Player has a verified Account, has met the minimum qualifying deposit, and does not hold any other active bonus at the time of claim, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

nano4d reserves the right to void, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting loopholes in bonus terms, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or colluding with other Players.
Birthday bonuses are awarded once per calendar year to eligible verified Players based on their loyalty tier. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited once the referred Player has completed registration, KYC verification, and made a qualifying deposit.
